Converted and enhanced online help from WebWorks to RoboHELP.
For an international software company —
Converted a 600-page user manual for a complex educational management software product into context sensitive online help based on the client's in-house online help style guide.
For a database marketing software company —
Developed a server administration manual for all end users to view corporate financial information on web browsers, such as sales reports and OLAP (online analytical processing) data in spreadsheets, etc.
For a financial software company —
Edited and proofread Online Assistant content based on style guide. Converted existing documentation written in Word and Excel to HTML and added the content to Online Assistant. Wrote summaries for all existing Online Assistant content. Created a glossary for Online Assistant.
Developed a comprehensive list of keywords for all online products, databases, pages and reports produced by the company; recommended definitions and overviews that could be added to the database in addition to links to financial dictionaries that define the keywords.
For an Application Service Provider (ASP) . —
Wrote help system upgrades for a shared resource scheduling application; made improvements to the existing help system, including readability, consistency, topics layout, links, and navigation.
