		We send you resumes of associates who match your requirements.

		If you like a resume, we set up a phone interview as an initial screening.

		We schedule an in-person interview at your convenience.

		We sign your corporate agreement. Or we send you our standard agreement, including fees, start date, etc. For project work, the continuation of our agreement is contingent upon the provision of work from you and the performance of our associate.

		Our standard associate agreement includes a confidentiality clause. Associates are required to sign your non-disclosure form. Associates are paid biweekly through our payroll company.

		We offer a 90-day guarantee for permanent placements. For project work, we invoice biweekly. We can accommodate your payment terms as requested.
