Location: W. Phila. suburbs (Offsite with some onsite)

Description: Instructional designer/elearning developer to work with SME's to update content for an existing reporting system. Training is an elearning self-study program using audio with PowerPoint which is accessed through an LMS. Tools used are PowerPoint, Cantasia, Articulate and Captivate.

The instructional design consultant will:

• assess current elearning modules
• work with the subject matter experts to identify changes in the reporting that need to be added to the eLearning.
• review and propose enhancements to the instructional design approach and tactics (objectives, graphical and conceptual content, audio scripts, demos, and assessment questions).
• work with the elearning production studio and the subject matter experts to record audio, record demonstrations, and produce the ebooks.
• prepare upload forms and coordinate the upload of the updated content to the learning management system (LMS).

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree (preferably in Instructional Design).
• A minimum of 5 years Instructional Design experience.
• elearning samples including simulations for training on new systems (another reporting system preferred).
• Proficiency in Captivate recording and editing system demos/simulations.
• Able to collaborate with others as a team member.
